The Produktionszentrum Tanz + Performance e.V. rejects any form of discrimination and is committed to taking active and preventive action against discrimination and abuse of power.

The PZ stands for a working environment in which a respectful cooperation among colleagues is practiced. We take responsibility for a working context that is sensitive to discrimination, based on solidarity and criticism. This includes dealing with structures that are critical of discrimination and power as well as supporting self-empowerment.

We regularly offer various awareness-raising opportunities in cooperation with FTTS gUG as well as Theater Rampe.

Since May 2022, we have been working together as an open working group that represents different areas of the performing arts. Long-term goals include

• Information campaign: Where does abuse of power begin?
• Guidelines for institutions and artists
  
• Self-commitments/ codes of conduct for institutions and employers
  
• Empowerment

We meet at regular meetings at different locations (Theater Rampe, FTTS, Produktionszentrum, etc.) to exchange ideas and reflect on the workshops together.

New dates will be announced in autumn 2023.
